Patrick Pullum is a Northeast Ohio REALTOR® with a background in business, property operations, project coordination, and entrepreneurship. Born and raised in Northeast Ohio and a graduate of Akron’s Central-Hower High School, Patrick later earned an Associate Degree in Business Management.

Before entering real estate, Patrick spent years in public service and later became an entrepreneur, creating housing opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Those experiences helped shape his practical approach to real estate: understand the people, understand the property, understand the numbers, and find the right solution.

Since becoming a licensed real estate professional, Patrick has worked with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and property owners across Northeast Ohio. His experience includes residential sales, investment properties, listings, leasing and property operations, as well as commercial real estate transactions.

Today, Patrick continues to serve traditional buyers and sellers while expanding his practice toward investment and commercial real estate, property acquisitions and dispositions, and helping owners evaluate the next move for their real estate assets.

Patrick believes good real estate representation goes beyond opening doors or putting a sign in the yard. His approach is built around communication, strong negotiation, honest guidance, and helping clients make informed decisions without unnecessary pressure.

Outside of real estate, Patrick enjoys staying active, spending time on the water, and working on old-school classic cars.
